We are urgently looking for FEMALE Brand Ambassadors to be part of the lead generation activity to generate PROACTIVE research participants from Seafarers in the Philippines.

Job Qualification

1. At least College Graduate; BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred
2. With pleasing personality
3. Marketing/ Sales experience preferred but not necessary
4. Highly motivated and target driven
5. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs*
6. Willing and able to to work in Manila or Makati

Tasks and Responsibilities
– Provide maintenance and support services including participating in the resolution of issue tickets and change requests
– Participate in integration, implementation, software updates, bug fixes, change requests and application support activities
– Manage the client relationship and support new business development activities.
– Troubleshoot all aspects of customer and operate effectively and clearly in an unstructured.
– Codes, tests and debugs applications programs

Job Qualification

1. Exposure to Salesforce.com CRM product is a PLUS
2. A Computer or IT-related college degree
3. Above par English communication skills, both in writing and in speech
4. Knowledgeable with basic computer operations and basic troubleshooting
5. Technical competence and Internet savvy
6. Ability to learn and adapt to different learning environments
7. Internally motivated with a strong passion for continuous development
8. Has a personal vision and is goal-oriented
9. Should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
10. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Monthly Gross Salary

Tasks and Responsibilities
– Answers general inquiries from customers through phone and email.
– Resolves customer complaints and concerns by verifying the problem and providing the best solution
– Maintains customers account records and document correspondence with the customers for future reference.
– Provides excellent customer service.

Job Qualification

1. Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
2. Applicants must have at least 3 months of experience in call center.
3. Applicants must have good communication skills- both reason and oral
4. Applicants must be willing to work in ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in the night shift.
6. Must know how to multi-task.
7. Typing speed – at least 35 wpm.

Monthly Gross Salary
