Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation / Outbound Sales Team Lead to join our growing sales team. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee and manage a team of outbound sales representatives, driving performance to achieve and exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, team management, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices to maximize lead conversion.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle escalated customer issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
- Report on team performance to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role for lead generation/outbound sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
