Lead Generation / Outbound Sales Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation / Outbound Sales Team Lead to join our growing sales team. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee and manage a team of outbound sales representatives, driving performance to achieve and exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, team management, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices to maximize lead conversion.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
  • Report on team performance to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role for lead generation/outbound sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
