Sales Representative (Outbound)

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and the drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products and services.
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Maintain an updated customer database and keep track of all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections with professionalism and confidence.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively position offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales / telemarketing / cold calling / appointment setting.
  • Proven to achieve set sales quotas
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. An accent would be a plus.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
