As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring platform availability, performance, and efficiency for a high-growth US-based AdTech company. You’ll troubleshoot issues, respond to service incidents, and work closely with engineers, vendors, and client services to deliver seamless technical solutions
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 4+ years of experience in a technical support role
✅ Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
✅ Strong SQL skills
✅ Hands-on experience with AWS services
✅ Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Linux systems
✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
💡 Bonus Skills:
➕ Experience in AdTech
➕ Knowledge of Kubernetes
