The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Writer with deep DevOps expertise to document CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and operational best practices. This role involves working closely with DevOps engineers to produce high-quality internal and external documentation for our cloud environments and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce clear documentation for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration workflows.
• Write guides and SOPs for deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Document automation, monitoring, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Create troubleshooting guides, architecture diagrams, and runbooks for DevOps processes.
• Ensure documentation aligns with security and compliance best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineers and operations teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting AI/ML workflows in production.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
