The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in understanding business needs and translating them into clear technical requirements. If you’re passionate about solving complex business problems and collaborating across teams, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to understand business objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, data models, and system requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for task tracking and backlog management.
- Familiarity with development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and AWS.
- Background in insurance, wealth management, or financial services is a plus.
