We’re hiring a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join a global leader in the Automotive space, helping to shape the future of connected and autonomous vehicles. From digital cockpits to infotainment systems, you’ll be at the heart of next-generation in-vehicle technologies.
What You’ll Do:
- Triage and investigate incidents flagged by monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, etc.)
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues using logs and diagnostic tools
- Support global users of intelligent in-vehicle platforms
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Perform regular system checks and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high availability and rapid incident response
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of experience in a technical support role
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
- Familiarity with REST APIs and testing tools like Postman or Swagger
- Strong troubleshooting skills and an analytical mindset
- Excellent English communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Willingness to work in a flexible or rotating shift schedule
Nice to Have:
- Linux experience
- Exposure to databases
